The Porthvean Tariffs - Self catering

Self catering rental of the whole house for up to 17 people (plus two cots if needed) including bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and all necessary light, heat and power.
(You don't have to fill the house but there is no reduction for part occupancy!)

Prices range from £1200 for a short break off season to £2750 for a week at high season - so if you fill the house then the "per head" rate works out at less than £25 per person per night – not so bad!

A maximum of two well-behaved dogs will be accepted at £25 each per stay.

Terms and conditions

Acceptance of our terms and conditions followed by a payment of 25% of the rental price (100% if the rental date is less than 8 weeks away) will secure a booking with the balance (plus a £100 cautionary deposit) due six weeks before the rental.

B & B

The per room per night rates for bed and breakfast range from £40 for single occupancy for more than one night through £70 for a double/twin to £125 for four person occupancy for one night.

We take payment for the first night's stay as a deposit which is refundable up to two days before intended stay.

Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer (suitably far ahead of booked dates) or by debit/credit card. Balance (if any) on departure by cash or debit/credit card.

Dogs are not accepted with B&B bookings.
